Through my own journey with trauma, I’ve learned that pain, whether physical or mental, tends to linger in the body. Releasing oneself from these internal bonds requires a dedicated effort. I’ve discovered that by integrating physical challenge or release into my healing process, such as through breathwork therapy, movement, or simply dancing, I can begin to unravel the knots that have held me back.
It’s through this deep connection between the mind and body that we will find the path to freeing ourselves from old patterns and traumatic experiences.
